You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph859 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph859 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

In no event shall ph859's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph859 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. ph859 shall not enter into any dispute concerning chargebacks, payment reversals, or unauthorized account access claims unless the Player has first formally notified ph859 of the issue through the official customer support channel.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 12 above.
ph859's operations are additionally governed by the rules, regulations, and directives issued by PAGCOR from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
ph859 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that substantively affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the ph859 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of ph859's services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
